Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff. - Ensure smooth and efficient service during dining hours. - Greet and assist guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. - Train, guide, and motivate service staff. - Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation. - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. - Manage table reservations and seating arrangements. - Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
