Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-oriented Tele Caller Executives to join our sales and counseling team. The role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in education counseling, telecalling, sales support, and client interaction.
The primary responsibility is to call warm leads provided by the company, understand student requirements, filter and qualify potential candidates, and schedule counseling sessions with senior education counselors. The role involves regular follow-ups, lead nurturing, and maintaining quality engagement with students and parents.
This is a target-oriented role, with performance measured through lead qualification quality, follow-up effectiveness, and admission closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with warm leads (students and parents) provided by the company.
- Understand student aspirations related to MBBS in India and MBBS abroad.
- Filter and qualify leads for further counseling by senior counselors.
- Schedule online counseling meetings, webinars, or consultation sessions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups after counseling sessions and maintain engagement.
- Update lead status, call records, and daily activity reports in CRM or Excel.
- Maintain professional communication and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for smooth lead management.
Eligibility
- Freshers to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or education counseling.
- Minimum qualification: Graduates or students pursuing graduation may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening ability, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn about medical education and study abroad processes.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
Preferred Languages
Candidates with fluency in one or more of the following languages will be preferred:
- English
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Telugu
