Logistics / Warehouse Trainer – Most Important Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical training in warehouse and logistics operations. Train students in receiving, picking, packing, sorting, storage, loading and dispatch. Teach inventory management, FIFO/FEFO and stock handling. Demonstrate safe use of material-handling equipment and warehouse tools. Teach barcode scanning, basic WMS and warehouse documentation. Ensure PPE, workplace safety, fire safety and 5S practices. Follow the approved curriculum, ACLP and daily training schedule. Maintain attendance, trainer diary, practical and assessment records. Conduct tests, practical assessments, viva and mock assessments. Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification. Maintain discipline and monitor trainee performance and progress. Support OJT, industry visits, interviews and job placement. Coordinate with the Center Manager and Project/Placement Team.
