Job Summary
The Field Recruiter (FOS) is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding delivery partners (riders) and last-mile vendors to meet operational manpower requirements. The role involves extensive field travel, conducting recruitment drives, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring timely onboarding of candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard delivery executives (riders) and last-mile partners.
- Conduct field recruitment drives, job camps, and local hiring events.
- Source candidates through referrals, local vendors, agencies, and field visits. Explain job roles, earnings, incentives, and onboarding requirements to candidates.
- Complete documentation, verification, and onboarding formalities. Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and activity reports. Track candidate conversion, joining, and retention. Build and maintain relationships with local communities and recruitment partners. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
