Medharbour is looking for a dedicated and experienced TPA & Billing Executive to join our team and support smooth hospital billing and insurance coordination operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- TPA coordination and handling insurance processes
- Managing IPD billing operations
- Pre-authorization (Pre-Auth) processing and follow-ups
- Recovery and claim settlement coordination
- Coordination with doctors regarding billing approvals and documentation
- Patient counselling related to billing, estimates, and package details
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely claim processing
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in the same field
- Prior experience in hospital billing and TPA handling
- Good understanding of IPD billing procedures
- Knowledge of insurance approvals and pre-auth processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle patients and insurance teams professionally
- Experience in recovery and settlement processes will be preferred
Qualification:
- Graduate in any relevant field
- Hospital/Healthcare industry experience preferred
