We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that align with our brand identity and business goals. Your work will play a key role in enhancing user experience and increasing audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
- Apply basic SEO principles during design to improve visibility and usability.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in web design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to create responsive, visually engaging designs.
- Basic knowledge of SEO concepts (on-page SEO, performance optimization, accessibility).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with React and Next.js.
- Familiarity with modern frontend workflows and performance optimization techniques.
