Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Coordinate with customers for order follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation.
- Track sales orders, dispatches, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update CRM / sales reports / lead trackers.
- Internal Coordination
- Liaise with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Communicate customer requirements and complaints to relevant departments.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
- Prepare MIS reports on sales activities, pending orders, and forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination.
- Assist in sending promotional materials, new product updates, and campaigns.
- Sales Team Assistance
- Schedule client visits and maintain calendars for the field sales team.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events.
