1) High level of capability with experience in the following areas:
- AutoCAD
- Hydraulic package – assembly drawings
- 3D software using Creo with quick learning ability to use Solid
Works 3D packaging.
- Design capability
- Technical writing ability in English with proper document format and English grammar that is acceptable to the USA English customer.
2) Initial Work Plan and our Expectations :
- Create and maintain 3D models and sub-assemblies for load banks.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and support design standardization and cost reduction.
- Use CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Set up and manage accurate part/component data in the ERP system (drawings, attributes, documentation).
- Maintain configuration control (drawing numbers, revisions, and logs).
3) Work Responsibility:
- Manage 5 to 10 engineers & Designers.
- Provide technical guidance.
- Fabrication, Machining, Packing, 3D Solid work.
- Communicate with customer design improvement, product improvement, design schedule and work status.
- Lead Team, Workload, schedules.
- BOM in ERP system, Release Documents & Make Layout.
4) Education Required:
- B.E Mechanical
- B-Tech Mechanical
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
