To manage and drive the sales, inventory, and merchandising of Royal Enfield genuine motorcycle accessories and lifestyle products. Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by providing accurate product knowledge, timely availability, and seamless accessory fitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Interaction:
- Promote and sell Royal Enfield genuine accessories and gear to walk-in and service customers.
- Assist customers in choosing accessories that match their motorcycle model and riding needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories during vehicle booking and delivery.
2. Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal stock levels of accessories at the outlet.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and coordinate with central/regional teams for replenishment.
- Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain stock records accurately.
3. Merchandising & Display:
- Maintain a visually appealing and brand-compliant display of accessories.
- Implement seasonal or promotional campaigns as per Royal Enfield guidelines.
4. Fitment & Coordination:
- Coordinate with the workshop team for accurate and timely fitment of accessories during PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) or servicing.
- Ensure correct invoicing and billing of accessories.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on accessories sales and stock.
- Analyze sales trends and provide inputs for sales planning and forecasting.
6. Training & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest product range, technical specifications, and usage.
- Conduct periodic product demos for staff and customers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong product knowledge and interest in motorcycles and riding gear.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of inventory and retail software (DMS/ERP).
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments.
