The Estimation Engineer leads the tendering team to prepare accurate, competitive commercial bids for diverse projects. This role spans civil, structural, MEP, and interior fit-out works, taking full responsibility for Quantity Surveying (QS), material take-offs, filling out Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and final project costing.

BOQ & Quantity Surveying: Review engineering drawings and interior layouts to perform accurate quantity take-offs and compile or verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Comprehensive Costing: Calculate direct and indirect costs across all project scopes, including structural elements, MEP services, and interior architectural finishes.

Tender Management: Lead the tendering team to ensure all technical and commercial bid submissions are fully compliant, accurate, and submitted on time.

Vendor & Subcontractor Sourcing: Float inquiries to suppliers and specialized subcontractors (including joinery and finishing vendors), evaluate quotes, and negotiate competitive rates.

Risk & Value Engineering: Identify pricing risks or gaps in tender documents, and suggest cost-effective material alternatives without compromising project quality.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in pre-tendering, quantity surveying, and cost estimation (handling building construction and interior works).

Technical Skills: Mastery of rate analysis, understanding of building and interior materials, and proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD,
