Drive OLIXIR's offline growth — retail, HoReCa, and distribution — while leading the field sales team and owning day-to-day business operations. A high-ownership role with direct founder access.

OLIXIR is a premium cold-pressed oil brand from Ahmedabad — 100% pure, unrefined oils spanning everyday cooking oils (Groundnut, Mustard, Sesame, Coconut) and a gourmet wellness range (Almond, Walnut, Flaxseed, Iranian Pistachio). We sell D2C via www.olixir.in, Amazon, and Flipkart, and are expanding fast into offline channels — HoReCa, modern trade, corporate gifting, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pitch, and onboard offline B2B and retail accounts
- Build and manage the sales pipeline;
- Grow existing partner relationships and drive repeat business
Sales Team Leadership
- Guide, monitor, and drive the on-field sales team and sales officers
- Track targets, review performance, and keep execution on pace
- Be the go-to point between the field team and management
Operations & Order Management
- Oversee order processing, dispatch, and logistics coordination
- Handle returns, claims, and courier follow-ups
- Maintain business records and billing entries in Vyapar
Purchase & Pricing Strategy
- Support purchase planning and vendor coordination
- Contribute to pricing decisions across channels
- Track market rates, competition, and margins
Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with the accountant on billing and monthly closings
- Prepare sales and business reports for management
- Support documentation and administrative needs as required
Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in FMCG / F&B / edible oils / D2C sales; sales + ops exposure preferred
- Track record of opening B2B or retail accounts; Gujarat network is a plus
- Experience leading or coordinating field sales teams
- Hands-on attitude — operational work is part of the role, not beneath it
- Working knowledge of Vyapar/Tally and Excel/Sheets
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Team player — collaborative, direct, zero tolerance for office politics
- Based in Ahmedabad
