Core Responsibilities
- Supervise On-Site Crews: Direct daily tasks for electricians, technicians, and laborers to maintain project timelines.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and AutoCAD layouts for correct installation.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (like lock-out/tag-out), National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, or local state regulations.
- Material Management: Track inventory, request necessary materials, and verify that incoming electrical components meet technical standards.
- Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the inspection and testing of transformers, switchgears, panels, and wiring systems before final handover.
- Progress Reporting: Coordinate with project managers and client engineers to deliver regular progress, labor, and material logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, or a completed ITI course with extensive field experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
