The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and memorable first impression by welcoming guests, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Welcome & Assistance
- Greet and welcome customers with a pleasant and positive attitude.
- Maintain eye contact, smile, and ensure customers feel valued.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
- Manage customer flow efficiently, especially during peak hours.
2. Customer Experience Management
- Ensure a premium and personalized experience for all walk-in customers.
- Offer refreshments (if applicable) and ensure customer comfort.
- Assist in managing waiting time and keep customers engaged.
- Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
3. Coordination with Sales Team
- Communicate customer preferences to the sales team for better service.
- Ensure smooth handover of customers to sales executives.
- Support the sales team during high footfall.
4. Queue & Appointment Management
- Maintain visitor logs.
- Inform customers about waiting time and ensure transparency.
5. Complaint Handling (First-Level)
- Listen to customer concerns calmly and escalate issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure customers feel heard and respected at all times.
6. Showroom Ambience & Presentation
- Ensure front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and maintain display hygiene and overall showroom atmosphere.
7. Customer Data Collection
- Collect basic customer details where required (walk-ins, inquiries, feedback).
- Ensure data is recorded accurately for CRM or follow-up purposes.

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service / front office / retail (Jewellery experience preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
