Salary: 35000 - 40000 per month
Job Description:
- Manage and drive sales operations within the assigned territory/region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Handle distributor and dealer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure proper market coverage and business expansion.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
