We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients plan and book travel experiences, including transportation, accommodations, tours, and itineraries. A strong understanding of popular destinations, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Design and present customized travel itineraries travel.
- Book hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Stay updated on travel trends, restrictions, and special promotions.
- Handle travel changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
