At Digit, you’ll manage vendor negotiations, track service contracts, and streamline procurement operations, because in this galaxy, only the sharpest operators keep the service chain running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Market research: Conduct Market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with internal stakeholders, including departments and teams, to understand the requirements.
- The Deal Negotiator – Work with service providers to secure the best rates and ensure top-quality services.
- The Service Strategist – Track service contracts, monitor service levels, and prevent disruptions or excess costs.
- The Cost Controller – Analyze procurement expenses, ensuring every rupee spent is optimized.
- The Process Pilot – Support procurement workflows, PO, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- The Risk Spotter – Identify potential service chain disruptions and find solutions before they become problems.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

Criteria:
- Experience: 1-3 years in procurement, vendor management, or service management.
- Tech Mastery: Basic knowledge of ERP systems, procurement software, and contract management tools.
- The Strategist’s Training (Education): Bachelor’s degree equivalent to Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
- Bonus Power-Up: Experience in supplier audits, contract negotiation, or procurement analytics.
