About Position:
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project/program management expertise with a solid understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise transformation projects to drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage multiple projects focused on the development, deployment, and adoption of GenAI Agent solutions.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution roadmaps.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Facilitate project governance and status meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.

Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Monitor project execution, identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Drive project governance and adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery excellence and quality standards.

Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project teams.

Leverage Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.

Track project KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators.

Prepare executive-level dashboards and project status reports for leadership review.
Expertise You'll Bring:

8 to 12 years of experience in project or program management within technology-driven environments.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GenAI Agents and related enterprise applications.

Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI technologies.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.

Experience working in client-facing roles and managing senior stakeholders.

Understanding of AI solution lifecycle management and enterprise-scale implementations.
