Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via email, or chat
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and resolve queries efficiently
- Document and track customer interactions in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic technical knowledge (computers, networking, troubleshooting)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
