Role and Responsibilities
- Transaction Recording & GL Management: Record all financial transactions and manage the general ledger in compliance with Indian accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS).

Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and compliance with Indian regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring adherence to Indian accounting regulations.

Month-End/Year-End Close: Oversee account closures and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards.

Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing in accordance with Indian labor laws and tax regulations.

Reconciliations & Audits: Perform account reconciliations and support internal/external audits.

Cash Flow & Budgeting: Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in line with Indian financial practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Working experience in working across ERP environments viz., Tally, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal, supervisory skills required.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Qualifications:
- M. Com/Semi Qualified CA with 4-9 years of industry experience with an emphasis in accounting, knowledge of IND AS or Indian GAAP would be an added advantage.

- Management experience; who Worked with mid sized high growth companies, start ups, mid sized CA firms, back office companies.
