Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter who will assist in the recruitment process and coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements. The candidate will also coordinate with trainers and nutritionists for interview scheduling and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment knowledge, good coordination skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from the HR Head.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings/interviews with trainers, nutritionists, and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding timings and updates.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, trainers, nutritionists, and the HR team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment cycle.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand company requirements and manage hiring accordingly.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
