Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Qualify Customers: Welcome showroom visitors, listen to their needs, and match them with the right vehicle model.
- Demonstrate and Test Drive: Explain vehicle features, specifications, and safety ratings, and lead test drives.
- Negotiate and Close: Discuss pricing, financing, trade-ins, and warranties, then finalize the sale.
- Handle Paperwork: Complete sales contracts, registration details, and delivery documents.
- Manage Leads and CRM: Track customer data, log interactions, and follow up via phone or email.
- Cross-Sell Services: Offer car finance, insurance, and accessories. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
