Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for efficient operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback/complaints professionally.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
- Conduct regular briefings and communicate daily targets.
- Ensure staff follow grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and personalized service.
- Welcome guests and ensure their needs are met.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with guests.
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
- Control wastage and maintain proper inventory practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Kitchen teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas, tables, and equipment.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Support F&B sales targets and revenue improvement.
- Promote menu items, offers, and special promotions.
- Analyze daily sales reports and operational performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations.
- Previous experience as Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Manager preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
