Title: Speech-Language Therapist
Job Description:
Specticate speech therapy clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group speech and language therapy services to children with a variety of communication disorders. The therapist will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support children's communication development and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine children's communication abilities and needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evaluations
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children to improve their speech and language skills
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support children's communication development
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes
Attend meetings and trainings as required by the center
Requirements:
Master's degree / Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with children with communication disorders preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
