Hotel Karthika Park is hiring a Senior Captain to lead restaurant service operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The role requires strong knowledge of restaurant service, staff coordination, and guest handling. Experience in bar service will be an added advantage, but restaurant service is the main priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant service and ensure smooth daily operations
- Guide and support service staff during shifts
- Handle guest interactions, orders, and service standards
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
- Assist in training junior service staff
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant service
- Prior experience as a Senior Captain or similar role preferred
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service
- Bar service experience is an added advantage
Salary Package
₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill)
