Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Affirm Banking Process. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, assisting customers with banking-related queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, account information, payments, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC/Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Structure
6–11 Months International BPO Experience
- In-Hand Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Monthly CTC: ₹27,000
12–17 Months International BPO Experience
- In-Hand Salary: ₹27,000 per month
- Monthly CTC: ₹30,000
18+ Months International BPO Experience
- In-Hand Salary: ₹29,000 per month
- Monthly CTC: ₹31,000
Highest Experience Band
- In-Hand Salary: ₹35,000 per month
- Monthly CTC: ₹38,000
