TraceTech is looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with strong expertise in high-speed, high-power, and mixed-signal PCB design to join our engineering team.
If you have hands-on experience in multilayer PCB design, DDR memory layout, HDI PCB design, and advanced PCB routing, we would love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design multilayer PCBs for high-speed, high-power, and mixed-signal applications
Perform PCB placement and routing while ensuring:
Signal Integrity (SI)
Power Integrity (PI)
Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Design for Assembly (DFA)
Reliability requirements
Collaborate with Hardware, Mechanical, SI/PI, and Manufacturing teams
Conduct PCB design reviews and resolve layout-related challenges
Generate fabrication and assembly outputs including:
Gerber files
Manufacturing release packages
Design documentation
Required Skills:
✔ 4+ years of hands-on PCB Design experience
✔ Proficiency in Cadence Allegro
✔ Strong experience in:
DDR Memory PCB Layout
High-Power PCB Design
HDI PCB Design
Blind, Buried & Microvia Technologies
Multilayer PCB Stack-up Planning
High-Speed PCB Routing Techniques
✔ Hands-on experience with:
Schematic Capture
Library Development
PCB Layout Design
Gerber Generation & Release
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Signal Integrity & Power Integrity concepts
Experience working with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors
Ability to interpret mechanical constraints and manufacturing requirements
Knowledge of engineering documentation and revision control processes
