Job Title: Jr. Site Engineer – ATOM (Maintenance)
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
Experience: Freshers to 1 year
Other Requirement: Two-wheeler is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance works based on complaints received from apartments.
- Schedule work and monitor progress as per the planned schedule.
- Ensure quality control in day-to-day work.
- Monitor and control material wastage.
- Monitor and control day-to-day costs.
- Arrange work fronts for subcontractors/labourers in advance.
- Forecast material requirements and arrange/indent materials based on the work schedule.
- Ensure site safety and take necessary precautions.
- Prepare contractors’ weekly bills based on the actual work completed.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Resolve site-related issues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director related to construction maintenance activities.
