Workdays: Monday to Saturday
(Saturday will be remote for both shifts)
Shift Options:
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Office) + 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Work from Home) for 2 days in a week
- Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Office) + 9:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Work from Home – Coordination with Directors in the USA & Canada) - all week
Candidates can choose either of the above shift options.
Responsibilities of the Operation Personnel:
● To ensure adequate procurement/purchasing is done keeping stock needs, cost figures, and budgetary constraints in mind.
● To make use of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and inventory software to plan stock requirements at different stages.
● To anticipate future seasonal demands/patterns and work with built-in leads and lags keeping on-site resource constraints in mind.
● Providing high-level reports and overviews to management for their review upon the occurrence of any ‘noteworthy and significant’ events pertaining to reorder reports, weekly out-of-stock, low stock levels, etc.
● To balance inventory with the usage of different software in real-time and coordinate with e-commerce, operations to take packing/tracking updates into account while doing so.
● To better manage vendor relations and negotiations under the guidance of senior management keeping organizational requirements in mind to manage the supply chain effectively
Requirements
● Master Degree in Relevant Field, should be a meritorious candidature
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Highly responsive and professional in communication
● Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, multi-task, and work in a pressure situation.
● Strong interpersonal skills and relationship handling.
● Team player with a positive attitude
● Organized, detail-oriented, sincere, self-motivated, and quick learner.
● Personal Computer and access to High-Speed internet required.
