Job Summary
The Accounts Cum Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with overseeing store and inventory operations. The role includes maintaining financial records, monitoring stock movement, handling invoices, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring proper inventory control and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and entries in accounting software/Tally/ERP.
- Prepare purchase bills, sales invoices, vouchers, and expense records.
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and petty cash management.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
- Prepare monthly financial and stock reports.
Store Responsibilities
- Maintain proper records of inventory, stock inward, and outward movement.
- Ensure accurate stock entry and inventory updates in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management regarding shortages or reorder requirements.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against invoices and delivery challans.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials/items.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for inventory management.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness within the store area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation procedures preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Experience
- Fresher or candidates with relevant experience in accounts and store management may apply.
- Prior experience in inventory handling and bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May involve coordination with warehouse/store staff, vendors, and accounts team.
- Employee must adhere to company policies regarding inventory handling, confidentiality, and compliance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
