Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive secondary sales, expand market presence, and build strong dealer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, managing collections, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned secondary sales target of ₹2.5 Crore annually.
- Appoint and develop new dealers to expand the distribution network.
- Ensure product availability across the assigned market.
- Increase market coverage by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain sales reports and basic data using MS Excel.
- Carry product samples every day while visiting the market for customer demonstrations and business development.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Good follow-up and collection management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Physically comfortable carrying product samples during daily market visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
