Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with clients for project discussions and business requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client handling and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of construction/real estate industry will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
