Key responsibilities:
1. Fluent Communication: Engage with customers over the phone with excellent English proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication.
2. Order Packing: Accurately and efficiently pack orders, ensuring that all products are handled with care and prepared for shipment.
3. Order Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date spreadsheet of all orders, tracking their status from placement to delivery.
