Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive / Interior Designer with experience in premium products and services sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer requirements to provide exceptional buying experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers and interior designers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Guide customers in selecting wallcoverings, floorings, and furnishing solutions.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order execution.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in premium retail sales, interior design, home décor, furnishings, flooring, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand design preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
- Presentable, confident, and professionally groomed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
