Key Responsibilities:
• Handle UK customer inquiries for international holiday and tour packages.
• Design and customize travel itineraries (Europe, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end booking process including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolution for customer issues.
• Lead, guide, and monitor a team of travel consultants/executives.
• Assign work, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
• Improve conversion rates and drive sales performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth travel execution.
• Maintain reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience for UK clients.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
