Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications such as Agile/Scrum Product Owner, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, or equivalent are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain transformation environments.
- Exposure to digital planning platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
- Experience managing AI, analytics, automation, or digitalization initiatives.
- Understanding of data analytics, process mining, and decision intelligence concepts.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and international project teams.
- Exposure to process mining platforms such as Celonis.
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz business processes, systems, and digital transformation initiatives would be an advantage.
- Experience building digital product portfolios and driving technology adoption across multiple business functions.
