About FrameFlow
FrameFlow is a Chennai-based training institute for aspiring film and content creators — positioned not as a traditional film school, but as a direct gateway to the entertainment industry. Built on a "hire, train, and deploy" philosophy, we don't just train students; we prepare them to step into professional roles from day one.
We believe entertainment is a fine blend of art, science, and commerce — and our curriculum reflects all three. Our specialisation is Short Form Vertical Video: Writing, Direction and Production. Our leadership team brings over three decades of hands-on experience across movie, TV, and web content, giving FrameFlow a depth of industry credibility that few institutions in the region can match.
Operating out of T. Nagar, Chennai, with an in-house 50-seat theatre and 5.1 surround sound environment, FrameFlow offers bilingual instruction in Tamil and English — and a learning experience built for the future of modern content.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who understands that in a trust-sensitive category like entertainment education, reputation is the product. You'll own FrameFlow's marketing function end-to-end — strategy, execution, and measurement. This is not a content calendar and captions role. It's a conversion-first, brand-building mandate.
What You'll Do
- Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to lead generation, with course enrolments as the north star metric
- Able to direct and audit structured Meta Ads campaigns — not boosted posts — and hold spend to CPL and conversion benchmarks
- Plan and execute influencer outreach — from macro-tier industry voices to micro-tier film community creators
- Drive the content and community strategy for FrameFlow's 365-day film screening programme (a curated, invite-based lead generation initiative)
- Build awareness content that is cinematic, atmospheric, and curiosity-driven — not promotional
- Own the monthly marketing calendar and report on performance with clear, quantified outcomes
- Coordinate with leadership to align campaign spend with measurable conversion benchmarks
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, media, or creative services
- Demonstrated ability to build organic credibility — not just paid reach
- Experience managing or mentoring a direct report
- Sharp instincts for brand voice and audience communication
- Comfortable working with a data-first, accountability-driven leadership team
- Fluency in Tamil and English (both written and spoken)
Good to Have
- Prior experience in the film, media, or performing arts ecosystem
- Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows and platforms (Modash, Collabstr, or similar)
- Understanding of the Chennai creative/film community
What's On Offer
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
- Direct access to senior leadership and genuine ownership of the marketing function
- Work at the intersection of cinema and education in a studio-grade environment
- A creative, high-accountability culture — not a bureaucratic one
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹56,756.40 per month
Work Location: In person
