Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with daily administrative and recruitment-related tasks. The HR Intern will assist in activities such as candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in human resources and learn about HR processes within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities such as posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and reports.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
