Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: Park Street, Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, and office systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Handle networking infrastructure, NAS servers, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and support Apple devices (iPhones & iPads).
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide IT support to employees and maintain IT inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and NAS servers.
- Experience with iPhone/iPad configuration and support.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Prior IT Support experience preferred.
