Mother & Toddler Coach/Teacher
Role Purpose:
To facilitate engaging parent-child sessions that nurture early development, secure attachment, and joyful learning through play-based, inquiry-led experiences.
Basic Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with infants, toddlers, or parents.
- Strong understanding of child development (0–3 years).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Warm, patient, energetic, and empathetic personality.
- Ability to sing rhymes, lead music & movement, and facilitate sensory/play-based experiences.
We Also Welcome:
- Women who may not have a formal background in Early Childhood Education but have experience conducting classes or activities for children (e.g., hobby classes, enrichment programs, storytelling, music, art, or movement sessions).
- Women who are passionate about working with young children and parents and are looking to build a career or start something of their own in the early childhood space.
- Individuals who are eager to learn, undergo training, and grow into the role of a Mother & Toddler Coach.
