We seek a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team for a US-based firm.
Responsibilities:
Please respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of medical products, services, and industry regulations to assist customers effectively.
Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and facilitate the registration process for patients.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system to track and analyze trends.
Provide guidance and support to customers navigating the healthcare system, including understanding medical billing and insurance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and concisely.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Note: This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity.
Availability for a complete night shift is a MUST. (Pacific TimeZone)
You must have a High-speed internet connection and PC or Laptop
Prior experience working for a US-based process will be given first preference
Pay: ₹142,561.37 - ₹400,061.43 per year
