We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable Project.
- Schedule and conduct Project site visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales/business development is preferred.
- Ability to handle client queries and objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Salary: As per company standards + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
