Hiring Plant Head – Animal Nutrition Manurfacturing Company for Surat.
Experienced Plant Head to lead and manage overall manufacturing operations at our Surat plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and safety.
- Ensure production targets, efficiency, cost optimization and timely deliveries.
- Drive continuous improvement and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Manage and develop the plant team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations, preferably in Animal Nutrition, Feed, Food or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, production planning and plant management skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
