- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, MOMs, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Draft emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Liaise with department heads, clients, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth communication.
- Organize business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Track important tasks, deadlines, and pending approvals.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and management summaries.
- Assist in business coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation systematically.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors for the MD.
- Support in event coordination, meetings, and corporate activities.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in real estate/corporate sector preferred.
