Branch Manager – Spa Operations
Location: Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Based on branch sales and targets
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa branch, ensuring excellent customer experience, team management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day spa operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Monitor bookings, sales, and membership conversions
- Supervise therapists and front office staff
- Maintain hygiene, ambience, and service quality
- Track branch expenses and submit reports
Requirements
✔ 3–5 years experience in spa / wellness / salon / hospitality management
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Good communication and customer service ability
✔ Experience in managing sales targets and branch performance
