Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Student Counselor to guide students in selecting the right test preparation programs and study abroad pathways. The ideal candidate will provide personalized counseling, convert inquiries into enrollments, and ensure an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT and SAT preparation programs.
- Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities, university admissions and course selection.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course features, schedules, fees and available services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Min 1 years of experience in education counseling, admissions or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in overseas education or test preparation is an added advantage.
