Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable products/services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
2. Product/Service Presentation
- Clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing of offerings
- Conduct presentations, site visits, or product demonstrations
- Customize solutions based on customer requirements
3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals in line with company policies
4. Lead Management & Pipeline Tracking
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients
- Track lead status, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Ensure timely response to all inquiries
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands
6. Coordination & Internal Communication
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
7. Customer Satisfaction & After-Sales Service
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services where applicable
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, proposals, and transactions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
