Role: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and provide personalized diamond jewellery recommendations.
- Explain product details, diamond quality, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent showroom experience.
- Follow up with customers for repeat business.
- Maintain product display and showroom standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma qualification.
- 1–5 years of retail/jewellery sales experience preferred.
- Good communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of diamonds/jewellery is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
