Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong exposure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical works related to MEP and HVAC systems at site.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and civil teams for smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain reports on work progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in MEP/HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and load distribution.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, ducting, etc.).
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site practices.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in commercial/residential/high-rise projects.
- Basic knowledge of PLC/controls will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
