About the Role
Whitelane Holdings Limited is seeking a talented and highly motivated Architect capable of taking responsibility for projects from concept development through design documentation, coordination and execution. The role suits an architect who combines strong design sensibility with technical knowledge and is comfortable working on fast-paced projects in India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts based on project briefs and requirements.
- Prepare concept designs, presentations, plans, elevations and design-development packages.
- Take projects from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Develop architectural working drawings and coordinate GFC documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, lighting and specialist consultants.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site execution teams.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples and technical details.
- Attend consultant and internal design coordination meetings.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution and conduct site visits.
- Manage drawing schedules, deliverables and project deadlines.
- Support senior management in presentations ,communication and guide junior team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong architectural design and spatial planning ability.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and presentation software.
- Revit/BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Ability to coordinate architecture with MEP and structural services.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes and construction techniques.
- Strong communication, presentation and project-management skills.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, entertainment, commercial and high-end residential projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
