We are seeking a Front Office & Admin Executive to manage reception activities and support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
- Receive, sort, and distribute mails, couriers, and documents
- Handle office administration and maintain records/files
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure the reception and office areas remain organized and professional
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
